Have you been wanting to try out yoga but you feel you're not flexible enough?
Jump into this great yoga course designed for beginners or for anyone wanting to get back into yoga. You'll enjoy energising warm-ups, followed by a slow and intentional moving flow with experienced yoga teacher, Stel Coombe-Heath.
This is a three-week course at the Yarra Valley Soul Cafe (Lilydale) from 9:30-10:30. Each week will build upon the previous week, helping you develop a good yoga habit.
This course is for you if:
You are feeling physically, mentally, emotionally, or spiritually drained
You feel a sense of emptiness inside
You are out of touch with yourself or others
You consistently feel uncertain of yourself
Your head is constantly on a merry-go-round from daily stressors
Your emotions overwhelm you
You eat mindlessly and sometimes you are unconscious of eating
You don’t feel comfortable in your own skin
You are absorbing the energy, emotions, moods, and feelings of others and feeling them as if they are your own
You are chronically busy, constantly rushing without being present to the moment
You are clumsy, constantly dropping things or running into things
Catching yourself and wondering “how did I get here”
How much experience of yoga do I need to have had?
This course is recommended for new and seasoned yogis. All postures will be available in both gentle variations as well as deeper versions to suit individual needs and abilities. Limited spots are available to ensure a great learning experience.
What Equipment do I need?
Bring your own yoga mat and a water bottle.
