At Hair & Soul Wellness Hub, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchases. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on retail products (such as haircare, skincare, and wellness products) if:

  • The item is faulty or damaged upon arrival

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving the item

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging

What We Do Not Accept
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Allergic reactions – as everyone’s skin and sensitivities vary, we recommend testing a small patch before use. If a reaction occurs, please contact the product manufacturer directly for guidance and possible remedies.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the case and may offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A refund (in rare cases)

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@hairandsoulhub.com.au with:

  • Your name and order number

  • Product details and reason for return

  • Photo evidence (if applicable)

We will respond within 3 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

Shipping Costs
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.

2. Services
We do not offer refunds for services rendered. However, if you are unhappy with a service, please notify us within 7 days so we can address your concerns. 

3. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. Gift cards are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase and can be used on any eligible service or product at Hair & Soul Wellness Hub.
